Overview
ZDLPF electric PTFE-lined control valve consists of a 381L series electronic actuator and a straight-through single-seat PTFE-lined valve body. The actuator adopts an integrated electronic controller module and requires no separate servo amplifier, while delivering high output force.
All wetted parts of the valve body are lined with corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant F46 (FEP) by high-pressure injection molding, and PTFE bellows sealing is adopted. The valve is therefore widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, power and other industries for process control of strongly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic and volatile gases and liquids.
Features
- Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, plug, seat and stem are all lined with 2.5-3 mm thick F46, resistant to acids, alkalis and strong corrosion.
- Good sealing performance: PTFE bellows and packing provide a double seal, ensuring no leakage.
- Low leakage: Thanks to the soft-seat plug and seat, the leakage rate is lower than the Class IV standard.

Actuator
Type: PS or DKZ electronic linear-stroke actuator is available as an option; the explosion-proof type uses the 3610 series. Technical parameters and performance: refer to the manual of the corresponding actuator and servo amplifier, or contact our technical department for relevant documentation.
