Electric Diaphragm Control Valve

Overview

ZDLT Electric Diaphragm Control Valve consists of a diaphragm valve and a PS series or 3610 series linear-motion electric actuator. The actuator features an integrated electronic structure with a built-in servo amplifier. Once the control signal (4-20 mA DC or 1-5 VDC) and the power supply are connected, the valve is positioned directly to regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level and temperature. It provides quick response, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size and high regulating accuracy with noticeably improved control accuracy and performance.

The diaphragm valve body has a smooth flow passage and the throttling element is an elastic diaphragm. As there is no stuffing box on the valve bonnet, the valve offers larger flow capacity than conventional control valves and is free from leakage; within the allowable differential pressure range it can be used as a shut-off valve. It is suitable for regulating high-viscosity fluids, suspended particles, fibrous media, toxic media and corrosive media.
