Overview

ZTRS(ZRS-10K) Pneumatic Sanitary Control Valve is suitable for regulating process variables such as pressure, temperature and flow rate, in applications such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, clean steam, wine, beverage and biochemical process control. It features compact structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and high regulation accuracy, in particular low pressure drop, large flow capacity, wide rangeability and high flow accuracy, fully complying with IEC 534-1-1978. Leakage meets ANSI B16.104 requirements. The control valve is fitted with multi-spring actuators providing high output force.

Valve Features

  • Angle-type design ensures self-draining of the valve; standard electro-polishing and smooth surfaces ensure cleanliness, with no areas for media accumulation and no potential contamination.
  • Quick assembly and disassembly of the valve body and bonnet makes valve opening and maintenance fast and easy, reducing process downtime.
