Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Single Seat Control Valve

Overview

ZJHPF pneumatic PTFE-lined single-seat control valve is a corrosion-resistant straight-through single-seat control valve. All wetted surfaces of the valve body and the internal trim components are lined with corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant F46 (FEP) by high-pressure injection molding, and PTFE bellows sealing is adopted. It is widely used for the control of strongly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic and volatile gases and liquids.

Features

• Corrosion resistance: Resistant to almost all media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia.
• Good sealing performance: Bellows and packing provide a double seal, ensuring no leakage.
• Low leakage: Thanks to the soft-seat plug and seat, the leakage rate is lower than the Class IV standard.
• High output force: Equipped with an HA actuator featuring high output force and compact structure. The product complies with GB/T4213-92.
