Overview

YZW self-operated temperature regulating valve consists mainly of a control valve and a temperature controller. Requiring no external energy source, it performs automatic regulation by relying on the temperature change of the controlled medium itself, making it an energy-saving product. It is mainly used for automatic temperature control in various heat exchangers handling hot and cold water, steam, oil and other media, and is widely applied in district heating and supply systems as well as other industrial fields.

The valve is available with nominal pressures of PN16 and PN40 (equivalent to 1.6 and 4.0 MPa) and nominal diameters from 15 to 200 mm. It provides temperature regulating ranges from 0 °C to 270 °C, and the valve body can withstand service temperatures up to 270 °C.
